MPF Program – Updates to Form Delivery Requirements

In efforts to streamline delivery requirements the MPF Program has updated the Form OG3: Loan Presentment Instructions (Form OG3) and Exhibit Q: MPF Program Special Feature Codes.
Form OG3 – Loan Presentment Instructions
To improve usability when completing the interactive Loan Presentment in eMPF®, Form OG3 is no longer a fillable document. Instead, it has been converted to a job aid that provides field‑by‑field instructions corresponding to the Loan Presentment screen in eMPF.
In addition, Form OG3 has been revised by:
- Updating the listed field options to align with the eMPF Loan Presentment screen.
- Clarifying field descriptions and their available enumerations.
As a result of these updates, PFIs may no longer submit a paper version of Form OG3. All loan presentments must be completed through eMPF. PFIs should reference Form OG3 when completing a Loan Presentment in eMPF to help ensure accurate data entry and avoid discrepancies.
Exhibit Q – MPF Program Special Feature Codes
Exhibit Q has been updated to ensure alignment with all required Special Feature Codes across all MPF Program products. The MPF Selling Product Guides have been updated to reference Exhibit Q.
PFIs should refer to the most recent version of the forms posted on the MPF Website and Allregs.
