The MPF Program has updated Exhibit W-X: Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Xtra and Exhibit W: Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Traditional to reflect an increase in the Tax Service Fee from $80.00 to $85.00.
