Reminders

  • The MPF Investor Reporting Calendars have been updated to reflect the accurate submission time for required reports. Please review the updated calendars and ensure all applicable reporting deadlines and submission times are followed.
  • MPF Navigator
The MPF Program’s new AI-powered MPF Guide search tool is now available to help users quickly search for and access relevant guide information. Access the MPF Navigator to begin searching the MPF Guides more efficiently.
  • MPF Technology – New or Different Mobile Device
As a reminder, access to MPF Applications requires the use of Microsoft Authenticator. Because only one mobile device can be registered at a time, PFIs who obtain a new or replacement device must contact the MPF Service Center at MPF-Help@fhlbc.com or 877-345-2673 (option 6) for assistance with re-registration. For additional information about MPF Applications and technology resources, please visit the MPF Technology webpage.
  • MPF Service Center
PFIs are encouraged to utilize the MPF Customer Service Portal for submitting MPF Guide and program-related questions, where PFIs can track the status of their inquiry and view responses in one convenient location. The MPF Service Center is happy to assist with questions regarding MPF Guide requirements, program processes, and operational procedures. However, as a reminder, the MPF Service Center does not provide underwriting guidance, make loan eligibility determinations, or grant pre-purchase waivers or exceptions. PFIs remain responsible for evaluating loan eligibility and ensuring compliance with all applicable MPF Program requirements.
