The MPF Service Center is happy to assist with questions regarding MPF Guide requirements, program processes, and operational procedures. However, as a reminder, the MPF Service Center does not provide underwriting guidance, make loan eligibility determinations, or grant pre-purchase waivers or exceptions. PFIs remain responsible for evaluating loan eligibility and ensuring compliance with all applicable MPF Program requirements.
