MPF Program – Privacy and Data Protection Updates
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)
Updated the MPF Program requirements to clarify that PFIs and Servicers must continually maintain and protect customer data following the termination of their right to deliver to or service Mortgages for the MPF Program.
