MPF Traditional – Solar Panel Guide Updates 

Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)

In an effort to provide clarity and align with industry standards, the MPF Traditional Selling Guide has been updated to include underwriting and appraisal requirements associated with different financing structures used for the purchase of solar panels.

For additional information, see MPF Traditional Selling Guide Section 6.1.5.
