MPF Traditional Servicing – Major Disaster Policy Clarification
As a follow up to the guidance published in MPF Announcement 2025-23, the MPF Traditional Servicing Guide was updated to provide clarity regarding disaster eligibility.

As a reminder, Servicers that are servicing MPF Traditional Government Loans must follow the disaster relief policies issued by the applicable government agency.
