MPF Program – Updates to Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Xtra and Traditional
The MPF Program now permits eMortgages to be delivered as Servicing Released for MPF Traditional and MPF Xtra mortgage loans. As a result, the Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manuals for MPF Xtra and MPF Traditional have been updated to incorporate guidance for eNotes.
