MPF Program – Updates to Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Traditional
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted)
As announced in MPF Announcement 2025-73, the MPF Provider will distribute a monthly delinquent mortgage loan report to PFIs that have mortgage loans delivered under the NewRez servicing released option that are 30 days or more delinquent. As a result, Exhibit W: Newrez Whole Loan Servicing Transfer Manual for MPF Traditional has been updated incorporating guidance regarding the delinquent mortgage loan report.
