MPF Program Clarifying Changes Requiring MPF Bank Approval
Effective Date: Immediately (unless otherwise noted within)
The MPF Program is clarifying MPF Banks’ right to require PFI or Servicer to meet additional requirements related to representations and warranties, credit enhancement and collateral, when requesting MPF Bank approval of significant change in ownership.
