Fannie Mae updated their selling guide to include revised policies and guidelines pertaining to leasehold provisions, project reviews for manufactured homes, appraisal market area analysis, and clarified mortgage fraud responsibilities. - MPF Announcement 2025-03: MPF Xtra – HomeReady Product Enhancements
Fannie Mae is extending offering a $2,500 LLPA credit for very low-income purchase borrowers (VLIP) that can be used for down payment and closing costs. - MPF Announcement 2025-04: MPF Xtra Selling Updates – FNMA SEL-2024-07

- To add users or modify access to eMPF, the MPF Customer Service Portal, and/or eMAQCSplus, please contact your institution’s eMPF Security Administrator who will be able to add or update this information via the eMPF website. If your institution does not have a designated eMPF Security Administrator, contact your Federal Home Loan Bank representative to complete a Delegation of Authority Supplemental form.
