MPF Xtra

  • MPF Announcement 2025-02: MPF Xtra Selling Updates – FNMA SEL-2024-08
    Fannie Mae updated their selling guide to include revised policies and guidelines pertaining to leasehold provisions, project reviews for manufactured homes, appraisal market area analysis, and clarified mortgage fraud responsibilities. 
  • MPF Announcement 2025-03: MPF Xtra – HomeReady Product Enhancements
    Fannie Mae is extending offering a $2,500 LLPA credit for very low-income purchase borrowers (VLIP) that can be used for down payment and closing costs.
  • MPF Announcement 2025-04: MPF Xtra Selling Updates – FNMA SEL-2024-07
    Fannie Mae updated their selling guide to include revised policies and guidelines pertaining to leasehold provisions, project reviews for manufactured homes, appraisal market area analysis, and clarified mortgage fraud responsibilities.

If your institution does not have a designated eMPF Security Administrator, contact your Federal Home Loan Bank representative to complete a Delegation of Authority Supplemental form.
