MPF Traditional

• MPF Announcement 2025-23: MPF Traditional Servicing Major Disaster Policy Updates
  Updated the MPF Traditional Servicing Guide incorporating disaster related guidance in the various loss mitigation sections.

• MPF Announcement 2025-24: MPF Traditional Servicing Determining Loan Modification Terms
  To assist Servicers with the recently announced loan modification changes, an updated Form SG357: Permanent Loan Modification Worksheet reflecting the updated steps has been published.

MPF Xtra

• MPF Announcement 2025-25: MPF Xtra Servicing Reminders
  Servicers are reminded of accounting and reporting responsibilities with regard to curtailment payments, liquidation proceeds, reporting removal transactions, and late reporting fees.

  How to Calculate Payoffs
  This 30-minute webinar will focus on the proper methods for calculating loan payoffs for both MPF Traditional and MPF Xtra product loans. Unique calculation scenarios will be discussed, including how a payoff should be calculated when a recent principal curtailment(s) have been made to a loan.
