MPF Traditional Products: New Servicing Released Premium (SRP) Schedule
Effective Date: October 1, 2024
Effective October 1, 2024, Newrez, LLC, a purchasing Servicer for servicing released mortgage loans delivered under the MPF® Traditional products (Conventional / Government), is publishing new, improved Servicing Released Premium (SRP) schedules. The updated SRP schedules will feature enhanced organization and additional data fields, designed to provide greater clarity and ease of use.
The new SRP schedules will become available via eMPF on October 1, 2024.
