Upcoming Update to eMAQCS^®plus Email Contacts 

Beginning May 5, the email contact page in eMAQCS^®plus will be updated. As part of this enhancement, cc email fields will be eliminated, and each email contact will be listed on its own line. Checkboxes will be used to indicate the specific types of email correspondence each contact will receive.  

Using the steps below, please review your existing email contacts and make any necessary updates for each individual user or email distribution group. To help ensure timely receipt of communications, we recommend using email distribution addresses where appropriate. 

1. Log in to eMAQCSplus 
2. Select Contacts from the navigation bar

3. Review the current email contacts and associated email addresses 
4. Any additional contacts will require separate lines 
5. To add new contacts, select Add New
6. If individual updates are needed, select Edit
7. To remove contacts, select Delete 

Note: As of the date of this update, PFIs will be responsible for managing their email contacts.  

In addition, Quality Control email contact types will be combined into a single contact type. The current Order and Review contact types will no longer be maintained separately.
