MPF Program Master Servicer: ServicerConnect Transitioning to TrustConnect
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
As mentioned in MPF Announcement 2026-56, Computershare, the MPF Program Master Servicer, has completed the transition from ServicerConnect to TrustConnect. PFIs must use TrustConnect for all MPF Program file uploads and downloads.

To help ensure uninterrupted access following the transition, PFIs should update any saved bookmarks, shortcuts, automated file paths, or internal documentation that currently reference ServicerConnect.
The related MPF Guides, Forms, and Exhibits have been updated to reflect this change.
PFIs will not need to establish new login credentials. All existing usernames and passwords will remain unchanged and will continue to be used to access the new TrustConnect portal.
