MPF Program – ULDD Phase 5.2 Document Updates

Fannie Mae recently announced Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) Phase 5.2. This update introduces new enumeration for the existing Appraisal Type and Property Estate Type fields.
Updated versions of Exhibit S-X and Form OG3 reflecting the ULDD Phase 5.2 changes are now available on the MPF Website and in AllRegs.
Exhibit S-X updates include:
- Inserted new line- Sort ID 64 (PropertyEstateTypeOtherDescription)
- Updated Sort ID 90- Added new enumeration “DeskReview”
Form OG3 updates include:
- New enumerations for Appraisal Type
- New enumerations for Property Estate Type
