MPF Traditional:

• MPF Announcement 2026-20: MPF Traditional Selling Guide – Personal Gifts

The MPF Traditional Selling Guide has been revised to update the definition of acceptable donors for personal gift funds.

MPF Xtra:

• MPF Announcement 2026-21: MPF Xtra Selling Updates – FNMA SEL-2026-03

Updated Guide to incorporate policies that have been previously communicated regarding the ineligibility of VA refinance transactions.
